RIKON 51-200 12-Inch Disc Sander Review

I received the sander on 5/9/2010.Haven't been able to use it because the sander was damaged in shipment. I also ordered a Rikon 70-100 lathe.The lathe came with a defective head. I have called Rikon Customer Service three times (one May 11th, on May 20th and on May 25th) and I still don't have the replacement part to fix the sander nor a replacement head for the lathe. I can't say much for Rikon's customer service. Don't think I will ever order any equipment of this nature from Amazon or any other online service.
