If you already have the 18 volt Skil batteries (NiCad, NiMh, or Lithium Ion), this sander is a real deal. Mine arrived as ordered and runs fine. They even included some pads so you can start using it right away. Skil chose to not put vacuum holes for dust removal in the faceplate of this tool. The 9 piece accessory kit is also available online for about $8 plus shipping.
